Beetroot and Truffle risotto


What you need : 
– Carnaroli rice with truffle Giuliano Tartufi 350 g
– Beetroot 50 g
– Fresh cream 25 ml
– Vegetable broth 1 liter
– Grated Parmesan cheese
– Summer truffle slices Giuliano Tartufi 50 g
–  Truffle Powder Giuliano Tartufi 

Preparation tips for 2 persons: 
Cook the previously cut into cubes beetroot in a pan. Separately, make the vegetable broth ready. Add the cooking cream and a bit of Truffle Powder. Stir the rice together with the cream and the beetroot, by adding vegetable broth along with the rice growth. Serve with approx. 15 g of Giuliano Tartufi summer Truffle slices per dish, add some grated Parmigiano Reggiano and finish at will with Giuliano Tartufi Truffle Powder for a special touch.

Truffle Pizza


What you need: 
– Mozzarella di Bufala 150 g
– Truffle Sauce Giuliano Tartufi 80 g
– Basil 3/4 leaves
–  Truffle Powder Giuliano Tartufi

Preparation tips for 1 pizza:
Roll out the pizza dough in a pan and pierce it evenly with a fork. Add the Buffalo mozzarella, the Truffle Sauce Giuliano Tartufi, the basil and a bit of Truffle Powder. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C. Before serving, add some more Truffle Powder at will.

Mashed Potatoes with Truffle


What you need: 
– Potatoes 250 g
– Ricotta 100 g
– 2 eggs 
– Black truffle Slices Giuliano Tartufi 50 g 
– Truffle Powder Giuliano Tartufi

Preparation tips for 2 persons: 

Cook the egg for 3 minutes in boiling water, taking care to leave the yolk soft. At the same time, boil all peeled potatoes. In a mixer, blend the soft potatoes with a bit of Truffle Powder and some milk to loosen the preparation. Serve the dish of creamed potatoes adding a spoon of ricotta cheese, one egg, approx. 15 g of Black Truffle slices and some Truffle Powder Giuliano Tartufi at will.
